Job description
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for guiding the coffeehouse team to deliver exceptional service while upholding store standards. This role involves training team members, overseeing daily operations, and creating a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Applicants should possess a minimum of six months of experience in customer service and six months of experience in assigning tasks. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as candidates will need to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
