**Customer Service Representative**
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering prompt and professional assistance by addressing customer questions, preparing quotes, and processing orders. This role also involves nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and providing customers with technical product details. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a good command of Microsoft Office applications. Although experience in the relevant industry is an advantage, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key requirements.
