**Job Title: Field Supervisor**
The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations within designated markets to ensure compliance with the organization’s quality and safety protocols. This individual serves as the key on-site resource, overseeing contractor teams and assisting warehouse personnel with the management of equipment tracking. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in cable or telecommunications construction, particularly with expertise in drop bury processes. The position entails daily travel throughout the Helena, Missoula, and Butte regions, along with the capability to undertake physical tasks across diverse environments.
