**Shop Foreman**
The Shop Foreman plays a crucial role in managing technicians, facilitating training programs, and guaranteeing quality assurance by conducting inspections and random checks. This position also involves supporting the Service Manager in fostering customer relationships and efficiently managing the scheduling and productivity of shop activities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Expertise in maintenance of gas and diesel trucks, paired with excellent leadership and communication capabilities, is essential.
