The Site Human Resources Manager will execute HR programs and initiatives that promote engagement, compliance, and business success. By closely collaborating with leadership and HR teams throughout the organization, you’ll enhance the employee experience while fostering a culture of feedback, transparency, and continuous enhancement.

Responsibilities of the Site Human Resources Manager:

  • Effectively communicate, implement, and provide support for HR programs in line with the overarching HR strategy and delivery model.

  • Offer comprehensive HR support at the site level and work in partnership with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Business Partners.

  • Interpret and apply site policies to ensure understanding and compliance.

  • Compile reports, gather data, create summaries, and update the status on ongoing legal issues.

  • Oversee workplace investigations as necessary and collaborate with HR colleagues on these efforts.

  • Facilitate initiatives that enhance both individual and organizational talent capabilities.

  • Guide and advise management on effective employment practices, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.

  • Work with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.

  • Collaborate with Site Leadership to cultivate a culture centered on feedback, performance, open communication, and a positive employee experience.

  • Provide coaching to staff and leadership, focusing on enhancing overall site and business performance.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate, governmental, and local policies and regulations.

  • Travel to various sites as business necessitates.

  • Act as an engaged member of the Site Leadership Team.

Qualifications for the Site Human Resources Manager:

  • BS/BA in Human Resources or a related field.

  • A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with robust knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

  • Significant experience within manufacturing and shift operations.

  • Competence in utilizing metrics and data to inform decisions and interventions.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR processes that facilitate efficient workflows and outcomes.

  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively across various levels and departments within the organization.

  • Aptitude for influencing decisions and applying best practices.

  • Experience in utilizing AI to improve work processes is advantageous.
