Job description
**Site Leader**
The Site Leader is responsible for managing daily operations within the facility, guiding staff members, and ensuring adherence to care plans as well as safety regulations. This role includes delivering hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and overseeing medication administration. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, although candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in human services will be favored. A minimum of two years of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities is required, which must include at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
