Job Summary
The Field Technician plays a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, fire safety, and security control systems, while ensuring a professional rapport with clients. This position is geared towards supporting customers’ needs through service work and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC, fire safety, and security systems.
- Perform service work and document all repairs efficiently.
- Provide clients with training on system operation.
- Recommend enhancements to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Must be currently serving in the US Military and possess official approval for participation in the SkillBridge program.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical systems is essential.
- Willingness and ability to travel locally as needed.
