Job description
In this position, you will oversee the slot department team and handle the daily operations of shifts to guarantee optimal performance of gaming equipment. Your duties will consist of managing cash transactions, confirming jackpots, and upholding exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as foundational skills in mathematics and cash management. A high school diploma or its equivalent is desirable, and flexibility to work various shifts is a must.
