Job description
The Director of Nursing is responsible for supervising clinical departments, guaranteeing adherence to state and federal regulations while upholding exemplary patient care standards. This role involves leading a team of nurses and caregivers, assessing productivity levels, and engaging with the Interdisciplinary Group to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing along with an active Texas RN license. Additionally, a minimum of two years of nursing experience is necessary, which must include at least one year in a leadership capacity within hospice or palliative care settings.
