Job description
The Small Business Relationship Manager is tasked with identifying potential clients as well as enhancing relationships with current ones to boost revenue and increase loan origination. Acting as the main liaison, they create tailored financial solutions and oversee the quality of their portfolio’s credit, all while adhering to banking regulations. Applicants should have advanced consultative selling abilities and financial analysis expertise, generally backed by a bachelor’s degree and three to four years of experience in relationship banking. This position also requires valid NMLS registration and a comprehensive knowledge of lending policies, credit frameworks, and regulatory standards.
