Job description
The Small Business Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a wide range of financial services to small businesses while enhancing customer relationships through proactive outreach. This position requires teamwork with branch colleagues and internal departments to meet financial objectives and foster growth. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or have relevant work experience. Additionally, a minimum of one to three years’ experience in customer service, sales consultations, or prospecting is necessary.
