The Small Group Training Coach plays a key role in leading both individual and group fitness sessions, delivering top-notch programming and outstanding customer service. This position also involves participating in marketing initiatives, overseeing program scheduling, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants during training sessions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year of experience in personal or small group training. A nationally recognized NCCA accredited certification is mandatory, as are strong communication and sales abilities.
