Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant is accountable for overseeing the leasing process, guiding property tours, and fostering connections with potential residents to enhance occupancy rates. This position also encompasses the creation of captivating social media content and the upkeep of the community’s online marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire leasing process from start to finish.
- Conduct property tours for interested individuals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents to increase occupancy levels.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Ensure the community’s digital marketing presence is effectively maintained.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality is necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws.
