This position involves collaboration with medical personnel, supporting discharge planning, and ensuring precise documentation of residents’ treatment and adjustment through progress notes. Applicants should have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience in the healthcare sector. Strong skills in communication, analysis, and organization are essential to effectively manage the needs of residents and maintain departmental records.
