**Job Title: Social Service Worker I**
The Social Service Worker I plays a crucial role in examining reports of child abuse and neglect, collaborating with families to develop case plans that prioritize child welfare. This position also involves liaising with community organizations, keeping up-to-date case documentation, and offering testimony during court proceedings. Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable discipline. Furthermore, applicants must have a valid driver’s license and successfully clear a fingerprint-based criminal background investigation.
