**Job Title: Social Service Assistant**
The Social Service Assistant plays a crucial role in aiding the Social Service Director with the management of residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Key duties include facilitating admissions, organizing personal care arrangements, and ensuring effective communication with families and healthcare providers. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in social services, healthcare, or long-term care settings is desirable, and candidates are expected to enroll in an SSD Certificate program within six months of being hired.
