**Job Title: Social Worker**
The Social Worker is responsible for overseeing a caseload of individuals residing in permanent supportive housing, offering clinical case management, counseling, and assistance with navigating behavioral health treatment. Responsibilities also include performing assessments, leading therapeutic group sessions, and providing crisis intervention support when necessary. Applicants should possess a Master’s Degree in Social Work and are expected to acquire LMSW licensure within the first year of employment. A minimum of two years of experience working with adults facing severe mental health issues, substance use disorders, or homelessness is necessary.
