Design and support Cloud-based software systems, modernize Cloud data processing, and help transform mission data to meet data-centric objectives. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, maintain documentation and traceability, and track technical debt, risks, and opportunities. Requires experience with systems engineering and the software development life cycle, Agile planning, requirements definition, documentation, and customer support, along with a Top Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree. Cloud development, risk management, backend testing, Atlassian tools, and strong analytical and communication skills are preferred.
