**Job Title: Production Support Engineer**
The Production Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining the stability and operational efficiency of enterprise contact center systems such as Amazon Connect and NICE CXOne. This position includes handling production incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and collaborating with vendors to ensure consistent service delivery. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in contact center technology support or software engineering. Expertise in enterprise contact center platforms, incident management, and monitoring tools is essential for this around-the-clock operational role.
