Job Summary
The primary duty of this position is to lead a team of developers in the design and maintenance of comprehensive software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with clients to devise architectural strategies that resolve intricate issues and accommodate future functional requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in creating and managing end-to-end software solutions.
- Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to develop architectural solutions that meet complex challenges.
- Plan and implement strategies that cater to future needs and scalability.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is mandatory.
- Extensive experience in software engineering, ranging from 10 to 16 years based on educational background.
- Strong proficiency in modern UI libraries and middleware frameworks.
- Experience with automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
