Job Summary
In this role, you will steer the technical vision for AI initiatives and automation projects, focusing on the development and enhancement of LLM-based agentic systems aimed at addressing practical challenges. Your collaboration with diverse teams will be crucial in shaping long-term strategies, while also providing mentorship to engineers to guarantee the delivery of scalable and high-quality AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Guide the technical direction for AI solutions and automation.
- Build and optimize LLM-based agentic systems to tackle real-world issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create long-term roadmaps.
- Mentor engineering teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-quality AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- A minimum of 12 years of programming experience or 8 years with a PhD.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects.
- Experience in influencing executive stakeholders is essential.
