As the head of the Python and C++ testing ecosystem strategy, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing engineering quality and boosting developer productivity throughout the organization. This position entails the creation of reusable testing frameworks, the incorporation of quality gates within CI/CD pipelines, and the mentorship of engineers to uphold technical excellence. Applicants should possess over 10 years of professional software engineering experience, demonstrating expert-level proficiency in C++ and strong skills in Python, particularly for developer tooling. A solid foundation in build systems, automated testing, and contemporary delivery practices, including Kubernetes and cloud technologies, is essential.
