Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to oversee comprehensive assistance and preparation for the launch of Google Slides, particularly focusing on its fundamental features and Gemini AI integration. The consultant will also be responsible for managing the support operations associated with the Workspace Editors Help Community and will develop strategies for conversational AI support.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end support processes for the launch of Google Slides, with a focus on core functionalities and Gemini AI.
- Oversee support operations for the Workspace Editors Help Community.
- Develop and implement strategies for conversational AI support.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical project management, product support, or consulting roles.
- Strong ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to guide business strategies and decisions.
