The Solutions Engineer acts as the main technical liaison for clients, overseeing the comprehensive integration process of APIs and webhooks. This role involves working closely with engineering and customer success teams to resolve issues, verify data flows, and guarantee successful launches. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical client-facing position, with a solid understanding of APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols. Strong skills in using troubleshooting tools such as Postman and the ability to convey intricate technical ideas to users without a technical background are crucial.
