Job description
The Sourcing Manager will take charge of formulating and implementing sourcing strategies for indirect expenditure categories such as IT, Marketing, and Human Resources. This role includes overseeing supplier partnerships, leading contract negotiations, and conducting spend analysis to promote cost efficiency. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of pertinent strategic sourcing experience. Essential skills include negotiation expertise, analytical ability, and project management proficiency, coupled with a willingness to work on-site in Plano, TX.
