Job Summary
The South Plant Machine Operator for the 3rd shift is responsible for executing production tasks and ensuring quality standards are met in the manufacturing process. This role requires effective management of operational duties during the designated hours of 11 PM to 7 AM.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all production activities in accordance with safety and quality regulations.
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain product standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
- Document and report any issues encountered during production.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a production or machine operator role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct quality inspections.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate well.
- Willingness to work on-site and handle the demands of the shift.
- Basic understanding of machine operation and safety protocols.
