The Space Data Specialist manages the enterprise space inventory, including digital drawings and database updates for all owned and leased properties. They also provide analytical support for space planning, feasibility studies, and the integration of spatial data into the IWMS/CAFM system. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in space planning or facilities management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, database management, and CAFM software is required, along with strong communication and analytical skills.
