Job description
**Guest Service Specialist**
The Guest Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing hospital communications, supervising security systems, and serving as a bridge between the facility and security staff. This role also involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors, which includes providing guidance for navigation within the hospital and offering wheelchair assistance. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or its equivalent and exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competence in MS Word and Excel is essential, with a preference for candidates who have experience with hospital software such as Epic.
