Job description
**Job Title: Registered Nurse – Critical Care**
The position involves delivering expert nursing care as a vital member of the healthcare team, employing the nursing process to design and execute tailored patient care strategies. This role emphasizes ensuring patient safety, maintaining precise documentation, and fostering effective communication with both physicians and families to attain optimal clinical results. Candidates must possess a valid California Registered Nurse license along with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. A minimum of one year of recent full-time equivalent experience in Critical Care or the successful completion of a Kaiser Permanente Critical Care training program is required for applicants.
