Job Summary
This position entails providing exceptional speech-language pathology services, which involve patient assessment, thorough evaluations, and the development of tailored treatment strategies. The role emphasizes building collaborative relationships with the facility’s staff while adhering to all applicable state and federal regulations concerning patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient screenings and evaluations to assess speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments.
- Maintain a positive rapport with staff members to facilitate a supportive patient care environment.
- Ensure that all speech-language pathology services comply with relevant state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology is mandatory.
- A valid state license for practicing as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
