Job description
**Job Title: Speech Therapist**
Responsibilities include performing assessments of patients and developing evidence-based treatment strategies to address communication and swallowing challenges in a home health environment. Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to provide holistic care and maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely manner. This role necessitates a graduate degree from an accredited Speech Therapy program along with a valid state license. Candidates should have a current driver’s license, dependable transportation, and valid CPR certification.
