Job Summary
The Spread Utility plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by managing break schedules, operating machinery in a safe manner, and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment. This position also involves supporting daily tasks and stepping in for machine operators when required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee break rotations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Safely operate various machine centers while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform general cleanup tasks to maintain a tidy and safe workspace.
- Assist in daily operations and cover for machine operators as necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to engage in physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting weights up to 75 lbs.
- Demonstrated excellent hand-eye coordination skills.
- Effective communication skills, particularly in conveying safety procedures.
