Job Summary
The Chemical Engineer will take a leading role in the production methodologies for printed circuit boards. This position involves crafting sustainable recycling solutions and overseeing the application of manufacturing technologies. The individual will utilize physics-based analysis to evaluate production systems and guide the activation and testing processes of machines.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of production processes for printed circuit boards.
- Develop and implement eco-friendly recycling strategies.
- Manage the deployment of manufacturing equipment for improved efficiency.
- Analyze production methods through a physics-based lens to optimize performance.
- Actively oversee the activation and testing phases of machinery.
Qualifications
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum of three years of experience in chemical engineering design or system implementation.
- Strong familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes.
- Ability to function effectively in a hands-on environment with high production volumes.
