Job Summary
The Senior Clinical Research Associate will be instrumental in overseeing clinical research activities, acting as the main liaison for investigative sites in Belgium. Candidates should possess a strong background in scientific research and a commitment to advancing technology within the field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical sites, ensuring effective communication and support.
- Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
- Collate and analyze data from clinical studies, providing updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth execution of research projects.
- Training and mentoring junior staff in the intricacies of clinical research practices.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is required.
- Fluency in both French and Dutch is essential for effective communication.
- Prior experience in clinical research, particularly within a senior role, is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
