Job description
The producer will be tasked with achieving sales targets by identifying potential clients, conducting cold calls, and securing new commercial insurance accounts. Additionally, they will oversee a portfolio of clients to maintain elevated renewal rates and provide guidance to junior team members. Applicants must possess a state-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License and hold a bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales position within the insurance sector is essential, along with expertise in Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite.
