Job description
**Senior Director**
The Senior Director is tasked with delivering strategic oversight for drug product manufacturing and CDMO operations from the late-stage development phase to commercialization. This role entails establishing the manufacturing strategy, navigating operational complexities, and guaranteeing effective supply chain management. Applicants should hold a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in an Engineering or Science discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in technical operations or pharmaceutical manufacturing. A robust expertise in sterile product manufacturing, along with cross-functional leadership skills, is essential.
