Job Summary
The Senior EO/IR Systems Engineer is responsible for the definition, design, and analysis of electro-optical test systems. This role involves supporting the integration, characterization, and verification of products. The engineer will work in collaboration with various cross-functional teams to drive product development and will take the lead in on-site installations and customer training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Define and design electro-optical test systems.
- Analyze system performance for product integration and characterization.
- Support verification processes across product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product development.
- Direct on-site system installations and conduct training for customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in physics or engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in electro-optics or infrared systems.
- Strong proficiency in physical modeling and simulation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of systems engineering principles.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
