Job description
**Senior Factory Manager**
The Senior Factory Manager will be responsible for managing manufacturing efficiency, quality assurance, and capacity across both internal and external electronics supply chains. This role involves leading in-depth technical analyses to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks while spearheading ongoing improvement efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management and at least 7 years of direct engagement with engineering teams. A robust technical knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes and quality standards is essential, along with valid U.S. work authorization.
