The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee performance assessments at the plant level, handle cost management and productivity analysis, and deliver financial insights to enhance operational effectiveness. This role includes responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, supporting capital investments, and maintaining financial governance and internal controls. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or public accounting, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A CPA certification is highly desirable, and candidates should be skilled in Microsoft Excel and have experience with ERP systems.
