**Senior FP&A Analyst**
The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a vital role in shaping the annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial strategies while acting as a strategic partner within the Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments. This position entails the development of intricate financial models, conducting variance analyses, and utilizing business intelligence software to deliver actionable insights to senior management. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, along with 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or business analytics. A strong command of financial modeling, advanced Excel capabilities, and proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential, alongside the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable business recommendations.
