Job description
The Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Manager is responsible for the creation and upkeep of comprehensive HR reports and dashboards across the organization, as well as converting intricate Workday data into valuable insights for executives. This position requires a strong advocate for data governance, focusing on maintaining data integrity and crafting a reporting strategy that leverages AI to enhance HR analytics. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR analytics or HRIS, with at least 5 years dedicated to report writing in Workday. Essential qualifications include expertise in Workday HCM modules, excellent project management capabilities, and a talent for effectively conveying complex data.
