This position requires a strong advocate for data governance, focusing on maintaining data integrity and crafting a reporting strategy that leverages AI to enhance HR analytics. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR analytics or HRIS, with at least 5 years dedicated to report writing in Workday. Essential qualifications include expertise in Workday HCM modules, excellent project management capabilities, and a talent for effectively conveying complex data.
