The Sr. Manager, AI & Automation is responsible for building and leading an engineering team to deliver Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation products across the enterprise. This role oversees the entire AI portfolio, including delivery, reliability, governance, and cost management while partnering with business leaders to drive production capabilities. Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or applied AI, with 3 years of direct people leadership. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, along with deep technical expertise in LLMs, AI orchestration, and production-scale technology delivery.
