Job Summary
The Enterprise Applications Team Leader will be responsible for guiding the strategic direction and governance of enterprise architecture, ensuring the efficient management of core platforms such as ServiceMax and Dynamics 365. This role focuses on spearheading the order-to-cash transformation initiative and chairing the Architecture Review Board while cultivating strong vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the enterprise applications team to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee enterprise architecture governance to align with organizational strategies.
- Drive the order-to-cash transformation program effectively.
- Chair the Architecture Review Board to promote best practices and innovation in architecture.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of experience in enterprise applications, with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in architecture governance and program management delivered through vendor partnerships.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and methodologies.
