Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and management of complex engineering projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specified requirements.
- Define and articulate the scope of projects to guide team efforts.
- Manage collaboration between various functional teams to ensure cohesive project progression.
- Implement effective program management systems that promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Over 8 years of experience in engineering program management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Earned Value Management techniques.
- Must possess U.S. person status due to export control regulations.
- PMP or CAPM certification is required to be obtained within six months after hiring.
