Job Summary
The Application Scientist role is centered around delivering technical assistance, conducting sample assessments, and spearheading troubleshooting in collaboration with the product service team. This position also involves working closely with the marketing and product management teams to generate scientific documentation and assess new instruments and consumables.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
- Conduct evaluations of samples to ensure quality and performance.
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives alongside the product service team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management on scientific content creation.
- Assess and evaluate new instruments and consumables for functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Physical Analytical Chemistry.
- Strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
