Job Summary
The Senior Scientist position is focused on the creation and validation of luminescence-based assays aimed at facilitating drug discovery processes. This role encompasses studies on target engagement and protein-protein interactions. The incumbent will oversee projects from initiation through to completion, employing automation and artificial intelligence to enhance the efficiency of experiments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and validate assays that utilize luminescence for drug discovery.
- Conduct target engagement and protein-protein interaction studies.
- Lead projects from the kickoff phase to the final delivery of results.
- Utilize automation and AI tools to streamline experimental processes.
Qualifications
- A PhD in a relevant scientific discipline is required.
- 2 to 5 years of postgraduate experience in industrial research and development or drug discovery.
- Strong proficiency in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
- Experience with laboratory automation equipment is essential.
