Job Summary
The Sr. Staff Resist Chemist is instrumental in the development and optimization of resist formulations for advanced lithography processes. This role demands expertise in the chemical aspects of resist technologies, aiming to enhance performance and application in cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing. The chemist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to innovate and integrate new materials aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine resist materials to meet specific performance criteria.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and characterization of resist properties and behaviors.
- Work in partnership with engineers to support lithography process integration.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve resist performance.
- Document and communicate findings clearly to facilitate understanding among team members.
- Lead projects and mentor junior chemists in their professional development.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field, with significant experience in polymer chemistry or materials science.
- Proven track record in resist formulation development within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with lithography techniques and processes.
- Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration across teams.
- Leadership experience and capability to mentor others in a research environment.
