Job Summary
The Sr. Manufacturing Technician is responsible for designing and testing new products and processes, as well as facilitating their transition into production. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that the manufacturing processes align with the required industry standards through meticulous unit builds and thorough failure investigations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and prototype innovative products and processes.
- Support the transition of new products into manufacturing.
- Perform unit builds and execute failure investigations on products.
- Calibrate and validate equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree combined with at least 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with research and development and manufacturing equipment.
- In-depth knowledge of materials used in medical devices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
