Job Summary
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in aiding the General Manager with the smooth operation of daily activities at the swim school, ensuring safety within the facility while managing staff effectively. This position is key in fostering enrollment growth and providing outstanding customer service, alongside implementing local marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the swim school.
- Ensure the safety of the facility and oversee compliance with safety regulations.
- Support staff management, including training and scheduling.
- Drive initiatives aimed at increasing enrollment numbers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to parents and students.
- Implement and support local marketing efforts to promote the swim school.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within aquatics or educational settings.
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Required certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
