**Staff Accountant**
The Staff Accountant plays a vital role in the bank’s finance and accounting operations, responsible for creating general ledger reconciliations, processing journal entries, and generating financial reports. This position also involves contributions to budgeting processes, regulatory submissions, and data analysis, all aimed at maintaining compliance and ensuring precise financial reporting. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience in financial reporting. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and a solid grasp of GAAP principles are essential for success in this role.
